About me
I started my mindfulness practice seeking a safe space to release my feelings and concerns about the world. As a Black queer woman, it was challenging to find such a space. I wanted to create a safe environment, no matter where I was. While traveling solo for the first time, I needed a space of my own, even in faraway places. I began leaning into Buddhism, and the act of meditation felt like a relief. However, once I finished meditating, I found myself yearning for that relief again. I realized I wasn’t taking my practice with me throughout the day.
Determined to integrate mindfulness into all aspects of my life, I researched and learned more about meditation, making it an essential part of my daily routine. I discovered how to be mindful while talking to my friends, watering my plants, and even at work. I also noticed a significant difference in my days and weeks without meditation. The contrast was astounding!
I want to share this practice with you—no expectations, no experience needed. This program is not faith-based and has no limitations regarding your chosen religion or non-religion. It’s all about being present, leaning into that feeling, and eventually being able to find peace anytime and anywhere.

One on one meditation session:
We’ll explore your unique meditation style and goals, working together to meet your needs. You’ll also receive recordings of each session to use whenever you need them
Group meditation
session:
Online Zoom classes are pre-scheduled, or you can book a private session for your own group. Guided meditation sessions are open to everyone—no experience needed!
Corporate
meditation session:
Corporate meditation sessions reduce stress, boost focus, and promote well-being. Tailored to your team’s needs, they are available virtually or in-person.
